Northern Steel Decking would like to congratulate Jason Baxter on his recent Employee of the Month award, given by McLaren Construction on the Chancery Lane job in London.
We are currently on site working with Severfield (NI) Limited on the 13,000m2 job in central London.
Following a recent audit on the site Northern Steel Decking, and Jason Baxter in particular, received high praise for their enthusiasm on site and general knowledge of the task in hand.
The following statement was sent to Northern Steel Decking:
On Chancery Lane Tuesday 24th Nov McLaren Construction had a BSI Audit and I have had positive feedback from them regarding the Northern Steel Decking Stud Welders onsite. The Auditors chose the stud welding operations onsite as a package in which they wished to include in their site Audit. Having gone through the Northern Steel Decking Method Statement and Risk Assessments the auditors proceeded onto site to watch the stud welders in operation. They were very happy with the way that the guys were following their Method Statement and Risk Assessments. They asked Jason Baxter (Stud welder) quite a few questions related to their works and also related to site in general. They were very happy with Jason’s responses and impressed that he knew in detail on what he was actually doing. On that note the Auditor who is neutral to site put Jason’s name forward as site employee for the month of November. McLaren Construction agreed with the Auditor and felt that also Jason does show a great enthusiasm onsite. Jason will receive a gift voucher when he returns to site as a reward for his attitude and hard work.
